The International Turkic Academy presented a new book about the famous Hungarian traveler, one of the founders of Hungarian Turkology, Armin Vambery “Hungarian Scholar of the Turkic World”
This publication, which tells about the life and fate of the scientist and his hard work is a joint project of the Turkic Academy and the Representative Office of the Turkic Council in Budapest.
The book illustrates historical photographs and gives us extended information about Armin Vambery who was a versatile scientist. It is published in Kazakh and English.
It is worth noting that the presentation of the book was attended by by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Peter Szijjarto, Deputy PM-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi, President of the International Turkic Academy Darkhan Kydyrali, Hungarian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Mihai Galoshfai as well as representatives of the Hungarian delegation, state and public figures.
In addition, there was also an exhibition “Hungarian Scientist of the Turkic world” dedicated to the Hungarian traveler Armin Vambery in Kazakh.
