Chairman of the Union of Eurasian Writers visited TWESCO


The chairman of the Union of Eurasian Writers, Turkish writer, Yakub Omeroglu, who arrived in Astana to participate in the Eurasian Literary Forum on "Energy of the Modern Word", visited TWESCO and met with President of the Academy Darkhan Kydyrali.

The Academy president informed the distinguished guest about organization's work and its main activities. In his speech, the President of the Academy emphasized the importance of literary and cultural ties in scientific and humanitarian areas for deepening Turkic integration. In his speech, the head of TWESCO noted that the Union of Eurasian Writers has played a great role in introducing and presenting writers of the Turkic world. In his turn, Yakub Omeroglu talked about literary-cultural and spiritual relations between Turkish and Kazakh writers.
