Head of the Academy was awarded the Highest order of Hungary

Head of the International Turkic Academy (TWESCO) Darkhan Kydyrali was awarded the Order of the Officer's Cross by the decree of the President of Hungary No. 321/2017 (VIII.22).

According to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hungary, he was awarded at the suggestion of the Prime Minister of Hungary for strengthening scientific and cultural cooperation, as well as for contributing to the preservation of works of the famous Turkic scholar Istvan Kongur Mandoki.

Officer's Cross is the highest Hungarian state order, awarded for services to the fatherland.

It should be noted that the TWESCO has close cooperation with the scientific organizations of Hungary; due to this several large joint projects were implemented. In addition, in June of this year, Minister of Foreign Economic Affairs and Foreign Affairs of Hungary Mr. Peter Siyarto, who specially arrived at the International Turkic Academy, applied to receive for Hungary a full-fledged observer status at the Academy.
